Overview of this period
All five measurements at a glance. The default period is the last 30 days, including today.
About these colors and ranges
General adult references, not personal treatment targets or a diagnosis. Green does not guarantee safety. Follow your care team’s targets, especially for prescribed oxygen. Heart-rate colors assume a resting measurement.
- Oxygen: green 95–100%; orange 93–94%; red 92% or below. Contact your provider at 92% or below; seek immediate medical attention at 88% or below unless your care plan gives different instructions. Do not adjust oxygen based on chart colors.
- Systolic: green 90–119; orange 120–139; red below 90 or 140 and above.
- Diastolic: green 60–79; orange 80–89; red below 60 or 90 and above.
- Resting heart rate: green 60–100; red below 60 or above 100. Medicines and individual conditions can change your target.
- Weight stays gray because it is not assessed using a general range. Missing measurements are not colored.
Blood-pressure colors apply to each number separately; assess both together. Orange includes elevated and stage 1 high readings. If pressure is above 180 systolic or 120 diastolic, repeat after at least one minute and contact your clinician promptly if still that high. Call emergency services for severe symptoms such as chest pain or shortness of breath; do not wait for a chart color.

Charts show recorded measurements over time. Lines connect available readings; gaps do not mean daily measurements. Point colors use the general reference ranges explained above.
